KARA’S APPROACH

A physical therapist is assisting a patient in arm exercises. The therapist is a Caucasian woman with curly blonde hair, wearing a light blue polo shirt, and is smiling while guiding the patient's arm. A LITTLE MORE PERSONAL

A soccer player in a red jersey and black shorts stands near the sideline during a match, holding gloves. Spectators sit in the background in a stadium, some holding flags and wearing team colors.

Outside the clinic, Kara enjoys keeping active through strength training, cycling and Pilates. She also loves travelling, discovering Sydney’s best restaurants and coffee spots, watching live sport and attempting to improve her golf—with the help of her professional-golfer husband.

Whether you’re managing an injury, returning to sport or working towards your next performance goal, Kara can help you move forward with a clear and personalised plan.
