STRENGTH AND PERFORMANCE TESTING

Measure what matters.

Train with purpose.

Objective strength and force-plate testing takes the guesswork out of rehabilitation and performance—showing you where you are now, what needs improving and when you are ready to progress.

Testing turns progress into something you can see.

BEYOND GUESS WORK

Feeling stronger is important—but objective testing shows whether your body is producing, absorbing and controlling force effectively.

Using VALD ForceDecks and handheld dynamometry, Kara can measure strength, power, balance and side-to-side differences. Your results are interpreted in the context of your injury, sport and goals, then used to guide a personalised rehabilitation or performance program.

WHAT WE CAN MEASURE

Your performance, in detail.

Testing is selected for you—so every measure has a clear purpose and informs the next step.

LANDING CONTROL

STRENGTH

Objective muscle-force testing using handheld dynamometry.

ASYMMETRY

FORCE PRODUCTION

How quickly and effectively you generate force.

How you absorb force and control impact during
landing tasks.

‍ ‍Meaningful differences between limbs that may influence rehabilitation or performance.

JUMP PERFORMANCE

‍ ‍Jump height, powered and movement strategy

REACTIVE STRENGTH

Your ability to rapidly transition from landing to take-off during plyometric tasks.

VALD FORCEDECKS

See how you produce and absorb force.

Force plates capture information that cannot be seen by eye alone. They provide detailed data during squats, jumps and landing tasks, allowing us to assess movement strategy, power, reactive strength and limb contribution.

This information can help guide return-to-running, return-to-sport and performance programming, while giving you clear benchmarks to retest over time.

Measure. Progress. Perform
