What is a Running Assessment?

A comprehensive approach to better running

Whether you’re a regular runner, training for your next race or dealing with a running-related injury, a running assessment can help identify what may be contributing to your symptoms and how you can run more efficiently and confidently.

Kara will assess your running technique, movement patterns, strength and control to identify areas that may be contributing to pain or limiting your performance. From there, she will develop a personalised plan to address any weaknesses and help you run stronger.

The goal is to give you a clearer understanding of your running and the tools to keep doing what you love.

There is a plant with large green leaves inside the room, and gym equipment and safety signs are visible on the wall.
